My friend's mother used to make this when we were kids. I got the recipe from my friend after her mom passed away and every time I make it I think of both of them!

Ingredients For easy sausage & egg breakfast

  • 2 cans
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg
    thawed sausage links
  • 1 cup
    milk

How To Make easy sausage & egg breakfast

    Unroll crescent rolls and place in an 8" square greased baking pan
  • 2
    Cut sausage links in half and place on crescent rolls in rows to cover the bottom.

    In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and mix. Add the shredded cheddar cheese.

    Pour mixed ingredients over the sausage in the baking dish.
  • 5
    Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
