2 Tbspcanola oil

2 chash brown potatoes, frozen

4breakfast sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

6eggs

2 Tbspmilk

1 tspyellow mustard

1/2 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make easy saturday morning skillet breakfast

1First heat the oilin a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add in the hash browns & breakfast susage. Cook for abotu 5 mins or until hash browns are browned. Make sure stirring occasionally.

2In a medium bowl beat the egs with the milk & mustard with a whisk or fork until well blended. Then pour evenly over the hash brown mixture. Cover & reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 8 mins or until eggs are set.

3Then sprinkle the cheese over, cook frying pan, & let ecook a little longer or until cheese has melted. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
