How To Make easy peel hard boiled eggs

1Select a pot large enough to lay the eggs in a single layer. First, bring the water and oil to a gentle boil.

2Next, gently add the eggs one at a time to the boiling water, using a large, slotted spoon.

3Boil 13 minutes for hard boiled eggs. Boil 10 minutes for medium. Boil 3 to 6 for soft boiled.

4Prepare an ice bath with cold water and ice cubes, using enough water to completely cover the eggs.

5Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and place into the ice bath. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

6That's it! Your eggs will peel with ease! No need for an egg cooker!
