    IN AN OMLETTE PAN , HEAT OLIVE OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE. MIX CRABMEAT, EGGS AND CHEESE; ADD TO PAN WITH SAUTEED ONIONS. REDUCE HEAT SLIGHTLY.
