denver omelette skillet dinner
Since I usually do a lot of skillet type meals, I thought I would try to take on a Denver omelette in a skillet. I think it turned out great! My husband thought so, too. The milk made it fluffy.

1/2 mdred bell pepper, diced

1/2 mdgreen bell pepper, diced

1/4 csliced mushrooms

1/2 mdyellow onion

canola oil
-
10 lgeggs
-
milk
-
1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspparsley flakes
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 cMexican blend shredded cheese
How To Make denver omelette skillet dinner

1In a large bowl, add diced peppers, mushrooms and onions.

2In a large skillet on medium/high heat, add canola oil to coat the bottom.

3Crack the eggs into a big bowl and whisk. Add in a splash of milk. Sprinkle in garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Whisk until everything is combined.

4Pour scrambled eggs into a heated skillet. Do not stir. Place a lid on top to let it cook. Be patient, and keep a watch on your skillet.

5Check after about 8 to 10 minutes to see if eggs have been cooked thoroughly. Lower heat, and add shredded cheese.

6Replace lid to melt cheese. Serve and enjoy.
