This was my mothers recipe, but i made it lighter. It's still delicious!

Ingredients For deliciously light quiche

1/2 cfat-free milk
-
2 Tbspflour
-
3/4 cegg beaters
-
1 clow-fat cottage cheese
-
2 ozreduced-fat cream cheese, cut up

1 creduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 tspsugar
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
dried basil, for garnish
How To Make deliciously light quiche

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray.

2In bowl, whisk milk and flour until smooth. Whisk in egg beaters, cottage cheese and cream cheese. It will be lumpy.

3Stir in cheddar cheese, sugar and pepper. Pour mix into pan. Bake 45-50 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish w/ basil.
