1/2 lbfresh mushrooms, sliced

8 ozcarton sour cream

1/2 csmall-curd cottage cheese

1/2 cgrated Parmesan cheese

1/4 call-purpose flour

1 tsponion powder

4 dashhot sauce

2 cshredded Monterey Jack cheese
How To Make crustless quiche

1Sauté the mushrooms in the butter in a skillet until tender. Set aside.

2Combine eggs and the next 6 ingredients (through hot sauce) in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.

3Stir in the reserved mushrooms and Monterey Jack cheese. Pour into a 10-inch quiche pan.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Let stand for 5 minutes until serving.
