Ingredients For crustless quiche

  • 1/2 lb
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 8 oz
    carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 4 dash
    hot sauce
  • 2 c
    shredded Monterey Jack cheese

How To Make crustless quiche

  • 1
    Sauté the mushrooms in the butter in a skillet until tender. Set aside.
  • 2
    Combine eggs and the next 6 ingredients (through hot sauce) in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.

    Stir in the reserved mushrooms and Monterey Jack cheese. Pour into a 10-inch quiche pan.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Let stand for 5 minutes until serving.
