Ingredients For country breakfast

  • 4 slice
    thick cut bacon,cooked crisp
  • 3 sm
    white potatoes, sliced thin
  • 2
    green onions, chopped fine
  • 1-2 lg
    eggs[per person]
  • 1 Tbsp
    [per plate] your fav grated cheese

How To Make country breakfast

    in lg fry pan fry bacon well set aside to cool some than break into bit size pieces set aside
  • 2
    after bacon comes out of pan add potatoes and green onion cook and stir several minutes til potatoes are cooked and browned remove from pan
  • 3
    now add eggs to pan put a pinch of water in the pan cover cook 3-8 minutes depends on how done u want your egg... [we do 4-5 min]
  • 4
    to serve: layer 1/2 the potatoes on each of 2 plates then cheese then egg then put bacon pieces on top
