Ingredients For chorizo n egg burritos

  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 3/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 2 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 12
    flour tortillas
  • 8
    eggs, beaten

How To Make chorizo n egg burritos

  • 1
    Mix pork, beef, vinegar, chili, salt, ground garlic and cumin together. Add oil to skillet and heat approximately 1 cup mixture at a time. Let cook until browned. Beat egg mixture and add to cooked meat. Mixed until well-incorporated. Heat flour tortillas and serve in burritos.
