Ingredients For cheesy quichettes

12 slicebacon,,crisp cooked and chopped
-
6 lgeggs,,beaten
-
1/4 cwhole milk
-
1 1/2 crefrigerated shredded hash brown potaoes
-
1/4 cchopped fresh parsley
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 c(6oz) shredded mexican cheese blend with jalapeno peppers
How To Make cheesy quichettes

1Preheat oven to 400. Lightly spray 12 standard(2-1/2") muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.

2Place equal amounts of bacon into prepared muffin cups. Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl. add potatoes,parsley and salt;mix well. Spoon evenly into muffin cups.

3Bake 15 minutes or until knife inserted into centers come out almost clean. Sprinkle with cheese; let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts. (Egg mixture will continue to cook while standing.*) To remove from pan,gently run knife around outer edges and lift out with fork. *standing also allows for easier removal of quichettes from pan.
