How To Make cheesy eggs benedict

1in a saucepan mix the flour with the salt and pepper. Whisk in the milk until the flour is no longer in lumps. Cut the Velveeta into chunks and add to the milk mixture and cook until the cheese is melted.

2Stir in the bacon, mayo, green onions, and pimientos. Cook until warmed through. Keep warm

3Poach the eggs in boiling water. Season with salt and pepper

4Place two English Muffins on a plate. Pour the cheese sauce over the muffins and top with eggs
