Ingredients For bunyan's diabetic breakfast pizza

    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1 sm
    onion, finely diced
  • 1 c
    frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c
    shredded chedder cheese
  • 5 lg
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

How To Make bunyan's diabetic breakfast pizza

    Preheat oven to 375

    On an ungreased pizza pan, place the separated crescent rolls with the points to the center, press to completely cover the bottom of the pan
  • 3
    Saute the sausage in a skillet until crumbly, add the onion and cook until translucent, drain the grease
  • 4
    Spread sausage & onion over the crust,then the hash browns, then the cheese

    In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, sea salt & cracked pepper

    Pour over the crust

    Sprinkle the freshly grated parmesan over the top

    Bake 25 to 35 minutes!
