Ingredients For broccoli & cheddar frittata

2 Tbspbacon fat
-
1/2 smsweet onion, diced

1/2 tspgarlic, minced

1/2 ozsalt
-
1 tspparisian shallot herb blend (the spice house)

3 ozbroccoli florets, minced
-
6 lgeggs
-
1/4 cheavy cream
-
3 ozcheddar cheese, freshly shredded
How To Make broccoli & cheddar frittata

1Preheat oven to 325. Add bacon fat to 8” cast iron skillet set over medium heat.

2Add onions to skillet, brown 2-3 minutes. Add garlic to onions and cook an additional 60 seconds. Add minced broccoli florets to skillet and cook 1 minute. Add salt & Parisian Shallot Herb Blend to onion garlic mixture. Remove from heat.

3Break eggs in a clean bowl, whisk until frothy. Add heavy cream to eggs; whisk an additional 30 seconds.

4Add seasoned onions & garlic, and cheddar cheese to egg mixture; mix well. Pour egg mixture into 8” cast iron skillet

5Bake at 325 for 15-17 minutes or until eggs are set.
