We tend to use what ever breakfast meat we happen to have at the time, but this is one of our favorites. We also like to sometimes throw it into tortillas

Ingredients For breakfast skillet

1/4green bell pepper
-
1/4red bell pepper
-
1/2 csliced mushrooms
-
1/2 csliced ham
-
3 ccubed potatoes
-
2eggs
-
mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese

1/4white onion
How To Make breakfast skillet

1Chop veggies and set aside

2Cube ham and set aside
-
3In a hot pan add veggies cook til tender add choice of seasonings.

4Once veggies are tender add the ham

5Once veggies and ham are well cooked, plate top with cheese of choice.

6Cook eggs by way of choice and top the finished skillet. Enjoy
