This is a reduced fat version of breakfast quesadillas. I find the fat free cheese unappealing but the reduced fat version seems to be good to me. I like this recipe and hope you will too.

2(6-inch) flour tortillas

1/2 cshredded reduced-fat monterey jack cheese

4 sliceturkey bacon, fried crisp and drained well

2 Tbspfresh salsa

fat free sour cream for topping, optional
How To Make breakfast quesadillas, lower in fat

1Heat the broiler; spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the tortillas on the baking sheet; broil until blistered and softened, about 15 seconds on each side. Sprinkle the cheese over 1 tortilla; top with the bacon and salsa. Top with the remaining tortilla; spray with olive-oil-flavored nonstick cooking spray. Place on the baking sheet and broil until the cheese melts, about 1 minute on each side. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 2 servings. Weight Watcher's Points: 4 points per serving
