6 1/2 ozpizza crust mix

4sausages or turkey sausage, cooked & crumbled

4 slicebacon or turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled

1 ccheddar cheese, grated (can use fat-free or low-fat)

1 cfrozen hash browns, thawed

4 lgeggs, whole, slightly beaten (can use egg whites only)

3 Tbspmilk (can use skim)
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper

Make sure to build a slight well with the edges of the crust to keep the egg in. If you don't, the egg will leak off the pizza while baking.

1Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Prepare the crust according to the package's directions. Spread the crust onto a non-stick cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake the crust for 5 minutes.

2Spread sausage and bacon over the crust.

3Sprinkle the hash browns and then the cheese over the meat.

4In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the eggs over the pizza.
