I got this from a friend of mine, and really love it for breakfast. Nice when don't have to make it night before, and its quick and easy.

Ingredients For breakfast pizza

1 lbsausage, browned
-
1 1/4 cfrozen hashbrowns, thawed

1 ccheddar cheese
-
5eggs, beaten
-
1/2 cmilk, 2%
-
1/4 tspsalt and pepper

parmesean cheese, sprinkled on top
-
paprika, sprinkled on top
How To Make breakfast pizza

1Brown Sausage and drain, & put in greased 10" pie plate or square layer cake pan.

2Top with hashbrowns, and then chedar cheese.

3In bowl beat eggs, add milk and whisk together and add salt and pepper. Pour this over cheese.

4Sprinkle with parmesean cheese and lthen spinkle with paprika.

5Bake 375 for 35 minutes.. let stand 15 min. before cutting.
