Ingredients For breakfast "muffins"

1 pkgCountry Gravy Mix, for 1 cup (white gravy)

3/4 cGrated cheese, whatever you like

1 TbspCoarse Grain Mustard

4 slicePrecooked Bacon, crisped in Micro & crumbled

4Eggs, separated
How To Make breakfast "muffins"

1Cook gravy mix as directed for 1 cup. Add cheese, mustard & crumbled bacon. Beat in yolks, one at a time.

2Beat egg whites until stiff & fold into yolk mixture.

3Spoon into 12 muffin cups, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes in 375 oven. Makes 12 or two per serving.
