Ingredients For breakfast migas

  • 12
    corn tortillas
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 8 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    garlic parsley salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 c
    pepper jack cheese

How To Make breakfast migas

  • 1
    Cut Corn Tortillas into strips, then turn and cut into Squares. Toast in oil in skillet until crisp and browned. Set aside.

    In a large skillet, brown up ground beef onion . Scoop into a separate dish, and set aside, Add in Chili Powder and Garlic parsley salt.

    Shred Cheese. Mix corn tortillas, meat and onion back into skillet Sprinkle and mix in Chese.

    In a separate Bowl, Whisk eggs. Pour over Meat and tortilla mixture. Incorporate until eggs are done.
