Ingredients For breakfast migas

12corn tortillas

1 lbground beef
-
8 lgeggs

1 tspgarlic parsley salt

1 Tbspchili powder

1 cpepper jack cheese
How To Make breakfast migas

1Cut Corn Tortillas into strips, then turn and cut into Squares. Toast in oil in skillet until crisp and browned. Set aside.

2In a large skillet, brown up ground beef onion . Scoop into a separate dish, and set aside, Add in Chili Powder and Garlic parsley salt.

3Shred Cheese. Mix corn tortillas, meat and onion back into skillet Sprinkle and mix in Chese.

4In a separate Bowl, Whisk eggs. Pour over Meat and tortilla mixture. Incorporate until eggs are done.
