3 slicebacon

1 csliced mushrooms

1/2 cchopped onion

1/2 cchopped green bell pepper

1/4 cmilk

6kaiser rolls, split

6 sliceham, thin

6 slicetomato, thin

6 sliceswiss or muenster cheese, thin
How To Make breakfast in a bun

1Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and crumble bacon. Pour off drippings. Add mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper to skillet; saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add bacon.

2Beat eggs and milk in a medium bowl until blended. Pour over the mixture in skillet. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with an inverted turner, forming large soft curds. Continue cooking--pulling, lifting and folding eggs--until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly.

3Spoon egg mixture onto bottoms of kaiser rolls, dividing evenly. Top each with a slide of ham, tomato and cheese. Broil 6 inches from heat until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Cover with roll tops and serve.

4NOTE: I dislike mushrooms intensely, so I would either eliminate them completely or I would try some sliced green olives or some sliced celery in their place.
