1/2 ccooked cabbage, chopped

1/2 cleftover corned beef, chopped

2eggs

salt & pepper to taste

1 Tbspbutter

1 sliceirish soda bread
How To Make breakfast for march 18th

1Melt butter in a skillet and add chopped cabbage. Saute until it begins to carmelize then add corned beef and saute 1 minute more. Beat eggs and add to skillet. Scramble as usual.

2While eggs are cooking, toast Irish Soda bread.
