Ingredients For breakfast for march 18th

  • 1/2 c
    cooked cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    leftover corned beef, chopped
  • 2
    eggs
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 slice
    irish soda bread

How To Make breakfast for march 18th

  • 1
    Melt butter in a skillet and add chopped cabbage. Saute until it begins to carmelize then add corned beef and saute 1 minute more. Beat eggs and add to skillet. Scramble as usual.

    While eggs are cooking, toast Irish Soda bread.
