great for quick breakfast. I made 10 burritos out of this. So depending on if you eat one or two this serves 5 or 10.

Ingredients For breakfast burrito

1 tubechorizo

1dozen eggs
-
milk
-
1/4 cdiced onion

1 cshredded mont jack cheese

flour totillas

cooked tator tots
How To Make breakfast burrito

1cook chorizo & onion. drain and set aside.

2whisk eggs with some milk. cook, stirring constantly. when almost done add cheese and chorizo. stir until mixed well.

3warm tortillas to soften. cut each tator tot in half. lay 3 tator tots on a tortilla. top with egg mixture. roll up tortilla. done.

4I wrapped each one separately in press and seal wrap and freeze. take out when needed and microwave for quick beakfast.
