(1 rating)
I make Egg sandwiches for breakfast allot, since it is so well rounded, filling, and I get to use my yummy homemade bread. But today I thought, people bread their meats-like chicken- why cant I bread my egg?? Remember I just listed some of the things I put on the sandwich everyone can feel free to add some of the things they want. Next time Im going to use butter instead of oil for the breading and caramelize the onions. Hope you like this simple simple recipe.

How To Make breaded egg sandwiches
-
1First put some oil in the pan- or butter would work too- and wait for it to warm- I put it on high. take your cup of flour and add until you make it slightly thicker, not clumpy or so thick it isn't soupy anymore. I turned the heat down here and added Cajun seasoning.
-
2Once flour and seasonings are well incorporated, add egg without breaking- I used four. On top I sprinkled a little bit more flour-make sure its well sifted and not clumped together- with some more seasoning. Cover and let cook. When ready flip carefully so not to break yolk. I turned off heat and let sit for about 3-5 min just to finish up that side. Take out of pan and put on bread. Add any sandwich veggies/condiments of your choice. YUMMY! =)
