This egg sandwich recipe was given to me by a friend who said it has won prizes in some Iowa Fairs. I only know its good.

Ingredients For baked egg supreme sandwich

1loaf french bread
-
4 Tbspbutter, room temperature

2 Tbspmayonnaise
-
2 Tbsphoney mustard
-
4 sliceham
-
4 sliceturkey
-
4 slicebacon, cooked
-
1 smtomato sliced thin
-
1 smonion sliced thin

8eggs
-
4-6 slicecheese of your choice
How To Make baked egg supreme sandwich

1Cut bread lengthwise and hollow out top and bottom

2Spread half the butter and all the mayo inside the bread shell

3Line bottom of bread with ham, turkey, bacon, tomato, onion and honey mustard

4In a frying pan, place rest of butter and cook egg to a soft scramble

5Spoon into bottom bread shell and top with cheese and cover with top of bread shell

6Wrap in lightly greased foil and bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until heated thru. Cut and enjoy.
