This egg sandwich recipe was given to me by a friend who said it has won prizes in some Iowa Fairs. I only know its good.

Ingredients For baked egg supreme sandwich

  • 1
    loaf french bread
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey mustard
  • 4 slice
    ham
  • 4 slice
    turkey
  • 4 slice
    bacon, cooked
  • 1 sm
    tomato sliced thin
  • 1 sm
    onion sliced thin
  • 8
    eggs
  • 4-6 slice
    cheese of your choice

How To Make baked egg supreme sandwich

    Cut bread lengthwise and hollow out top and bottom
  • 2
    Spread half the butter and all the mayo inside the bread shell
  • 3
    Line bottom of bread with ham, turkey, bacon, tomato, onion and honey mustard
  • 4
    In a frying pan, place rest of butter and cook egg to a soft scramble
  • 5
    Spoon into bottom bread shell and top with cheese and cover with top of bread shell
  • 6
    Wrap in lightly greased foil and bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until heated thru. Cut and enjoy.
