bacon brie and cranberry quiche
This quiche is rich, succulent and tender. The creaminess of the brie, the salt from the bacon, and the tart and sweet from the cranberry blend into a singing medley of flavors. It’s great for any occasion from birthdays and potlucks to graduations or just a Thursday. It’s so easy to make and prep takes no time. This is a cheesy custard-y indulgent pie that will please anyone. My advice? Make two and freeze one. It’s THAT good.

1/2 cheavy whipping cream

4 ozsour cream

2 pinchsea salt

10 slicebacon, cooked

1deep dish pie shell

4 ozbrie cheese, chunked

6 Tbspcranberry sauce

1/2 lgyellow onion, grated

4 ozgruyère cheese, grated
How To Make bacon brie and cranberry quiche

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2Crack your eggs into a large bowl and whisk throughly make sure you’re getting some air into the eggs to create more fluffiness.

3Add your cream and sour cream, salt and pepper into your egg mixture and keep whisking until you see bubbles and more air entering the mixture. About 2 min of hard continuous whisking. Set aside.

4Take your bacon and chop into small pieces and crumbles.

5Line the bottom of your pie crust with your brie chunks.

6Add small scoops of cranberry sauce into your pie.

7Add grated onion and Gruyère for your next layer.

8Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.

9Place the pie on a sheet pan with a piece of parchment paper underneath.

10Place pie in the oven and bake 40 min. You should be able to put a knife in the center and it come out clean.

11When pie is done set aside for 20 min to set.
