This quiche is rich, succulent and tender. The creaminess of the brie, the salt from the bacon, and the tart and sweet from the cranberry blend into a singing medley of flavors. It’s great for any occasion from birthdays and potlucks to graduations or just a Thursday. It’s so easy to make and prep takes no time. This is a cheesy custard-y indulgent pie that will please anyone. My advice? Make two and freeze one. It’s THAT good.

Ingredients For bacon brie and cranberry quiche

  • 6 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 pinch
    sea salt
  • 2 pinch
    black pepper
  • 10 slice
    bacon, cooked
  • 1
    deep dish pie shell
  • 4 oz
    brie cheese, chunked
  • 6 Tbsp
    cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 lg
    yellow onion, grated
  • 4 oz
    gruyère cheese, grated

How To Make bacon brie and cranberry quiche

  • Pre heat to 375

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

    Crack your eggs into a large bowl and whisk throughly make sure you’re getting some air into the eggs to create more fluffiness.

    Add your cream and sour cream, salt and pepper into your egg mixture and keep whisking until you see bubbles and more air entering the mixture. About 2 min of hard continuous whisking. Set aside.

    Take your bacon and chop into small pieces and crumbles.

    Line the bottom of your pie crust with your brie chunks.

    Add small scoops of cranberry sauce into your pie.

    Add grated onion and Gruyère for your next layer.

    Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.

    Place the pie on a sheet pan with a piece of parchment paper underneath.

    Place pie in the oven and bake 40 min. You should be able to put a knife in the center and it come out clean.
