This is so good when the yolk is running. Kind of like a deconstructed egg sandwich. Yum

1 tuberefrigerated crescent creations rolls

4 lgeggs

4 slicebacon
-
4 Tbspshredded parmesan cheese

1 Tbspfresh basil or parsley minced
How To Make bacon and egg crescent squares

1Preheat oven 400 degrees Open dough and roll out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2Split the dough down the middle. If it is the perforated kind pinch together. Roll up edges about 1 inch. Cook the bacon until almost done not crisp.

3Add two eggs to each square. Criss cross two pieces of bacon over each square. Sprinkle parmesan over each square and top with basil or parsley

4Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
