air fryer breakfast crunchwraps
I love breakfast burritos, so that was on the menu for Sunday morning. But recently reading about air fryer crunchwraps sent the idea to a whole new level as I started breakfast. Next time I’m with the grandkids, I think they will enjoy assembling their own masterpieces! What ingredients sound good to you? =^..^=

How To Make air fryer breakfast crunchwraps
-
1Make scrambled eggs, as usual. I added ham and cheese at this time.
-
2Start preheating air fryer to 350°F. before assembling crunchwraps.
-
3Using a pizza cutter, make one cut to the center of the tortilla.
-
4Visualize your folds. Small tortillas are easy to fold in thirds. Large tortillas can be folded in fourths. Put your chosen ingredients in each section. I put my cooked scrambled egg mixture to the left of the cut for easier folding.
-
5Fold each section carefully over the next until you have a triangle.
-
6Cautiously place crunchwraps in hot air fryer basket, not crowding.
-
7Each basket of crunchwraps will take about 2-3 minutes TOTAL, turning halfway through the cooking time. Check early the first time since all air fryers are a little different.
-
8Serve with (additional) salsa, pico, queso, and/or sour cream, as desired. Enjoy! =^..^=
