I had never had eggs this way before my wife introduced it to me. She said her grendmother made this for her as a child. I love it and am sure you will too.

Ingredients For a different egg breakfast

1/3-1/2 coyster crackers per cup

1egg per cup(soft boiled)
How To Make a different egg breakfast

1Start by boiling enough water for however many eggs you want to fix. Once the water comes to a rolling boil insert the eggs. Boil the eggs for only 41/2 minutes(soft boil).

2While the eggs are boiling place 1/3 to 1/2 cup of oyster crackers(you can also use saltine crackers but I like the oyster crackers best)in the bottom of each cup.

3When the eggs have boiled for 41/2 minutes remove the pan from the heat and immediately run cold water into the pan and place a hand full of ice in with the eggs. Once the eggs are to room temperature, remove and peel each one. Then place one in each cup on top of the crackers and serve.
