2 1/4 cwhole wheat flour

4 tspbaking powder

3/4 tspsalt

1 1/2 Tbspsugar or splenda

2beaten eggs

2 1/4 cmilk (low fat is fine)

1/4 cvegetable oil

1 ptfresh blueberries

your favorite syrup
How To Make whole wheat waffles with blueberries

1Mix all of the above ingredients together, except blueberries and syrup.

2Bake in a preheated waffle iron.

3Place a blueberry in each of the waffles "cups" and top with syrup.
