These are light and fluffy and melt in your mouth. I dont have to have syrup to eat these with.

Ingredients For pancakes

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make pancakes

    Mix all dry ingredients together
  • 2
    Add milk, oil, & eggs and stir well. You may need to adjust your milk for the desired consistency you want.

    I spray my flat pan with no stick spray and set temp on stove to a medium low heat. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on pan when heated and turn when bubbles appear.
