Ingredients For pumpkin pancakes ~ melt in your mouth

2 cflour

4 tspbaking powder

1/8 tspeach - ground nutmeg & ground allspice

1 tspcinnamon

3/4 csugar

1 1/2 cmashed pumpkin or canned pumpkin, not pie mix

3eggs
-
1 csoured milk or regular milk

3/4 cvegetable oil

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make pumpkin pancakes ~ melt in your mouth

1In a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients.

2In another bowl, beat pumpkin, eggs, oil, milk & vanilla.

3Now, add the dry ingredients to this mixture & mix thoroughly.

4Grease a hot griddle and pour desired amount of batter - per size of pancakes you desire.

5Cook until bottoms begin to brown and bubbles form on top, flip and cook until no wet batter remains.

6Top with desired toppings - I use warm syrup and toasted pecans. Bananas are great as well.
