2 Tbspbrown sugar

1/2 tspapple pie spice

2/3 cmilk

4eggs beaten

2/3 call-purpose flour

powdered sugar (optional)
How To Make german pancakes

1preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9" pie pan if you don't have one using a round cake pan is fine. combine apples, brown sugar, and apple pie spice and melted butter. Mixing well to make sure all apples are coated. Pour in a pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Put in oven and bake for 15 minutes.

2While the apple mixture is baking combine the eggs, milk and flour mix well with mixer. Remove apples from oven and pour over apples return to oven and bake for 15- 20 minutes. this will puff up when done. when knife is poked in it will come out clean when done..

3Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm with or with out syrup..
