    milk
  • 1 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter r margarine, melted

How To Make german pancake

  • 1
    Place the eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour butter into the greased 13x9-inch baking dish; add the batter . Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until done. Dust with powdered sugar. Makes 8 servings.
