Ingredients For mini parmesan popovers

  • 3
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 c
    whole milk
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make mini parmesan popovers

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In blender, combine flour, salt, pepper, milk and cheese. Blend on medium speed. Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter 3/4 full in muffin cups. Bake until puffed and golden brown. About 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
