    grated cheese(cheddar, caerphilly, double glouster anything that appeals)
  • 6 c
    fine bread crumbs(progresso or panko)
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry mustard(i use colman's)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 lg
    onions minced(you can use 1/2 onion and 1/2 chooped apple if you like)
  • 2 tsp
    herbs d' provence
  • 3 lg
    eggs well beaten
  • flour to coat before frying
  • oil or lard for frying
