Ingredients For flax granola

1 cwhole flaxseeds
-
1/2 cwater
-
pinchto taste, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves

each, raisins, nuts, dried fuits, etc. to taste

optional: vanilla extract
How To Make flax granola

1Mix flaxseeds with water seasoned with cinnamon and other desired spices. Refrigerate overnight.

2Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake at 275 degrees F for 50 minutes, turning several times to dry out.

3Optional: add raisins, nuts and other dried fruits of choice in the last 10 minutes. Cool and put in an airtight container.

4You can serve 1 to 1 1/2 cups granola with either coconut milk or Rice Dream (unsweetened)
