Ingredients For breakfast tacos

1 lbbreakfast sausage

1 canrefried beans

10 lgeggs

1 bunchgreen onions, cut up

2tomatoes, cut up

2 lgavocados, cut up

salsa of your choosing

sour cream (optional)

8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded

1 boxtaco shells
-
1lime, cut into wedges

1 canpeppers
How To Make breakfast tacos

1first cut up green onions, tomatoes and avocados and set aside. Grate your cheese and set it aside as well. Drain peppers and set them aside.

2in medium skillet saute breakfast sausage, you want it to be ground up well. While you are cooking the sausage, put refried beans into small sauce pan and warm them over a low heat. When sausage is done, I put it on a dish and set it in the oven on the keep warm setting.

3Now scramble the eggs over a medium heat, do not add water or milk to your eggs as it will make them watery.

4When eggs are done, serve and let everyone make their taco to their liking. I make them by first putting refried beans in the shell, followed by sausage, eggs, salsa, cheese, topped with onions, tomatoes and avocados and a dab of sour cream. I also squeeze a bit of lime juice on the sausage also. You can include items of your liking in this dish. Enjoy!
