Ingredients For fruit salad smoothie

  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1 c
    yogurt, lowfat plain or vanilla
  • 2
    kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c
    fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 lg
    banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c
    strawberries, halved
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey

How To Make fruit salad smoothie

    In blender container, place all ingredients; puree until smooth.

    Pour into four glasses; serve garnished with additional whole fruit.

    Note: Other fruits may be substituted, such as melon, raspberries, papaya, mango.
