1In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.

2Store: Store in single serving containers in freezer. I like Tupperware tumblers with lids because they are airtight and water tight.

3Serve: Thaw in fridge overnight. Or just pop in microwave for 35 seconds at a time stirring after each time.
