I wanted a different breakfast sandwich. I used chicken instead of sausage or bacon and added a bit of sweet with maple and cinnamon butter on toasted Hawaiian rolls. Delish!

- SANDWICHES

1 mdboneless skinless chicken breast half, butterflied or pounded out

salt and pepper

2 Tbspmaple syrup

2Hawaiian rolls

2eggs

2 slicecheddar cheese, optional
- CINNAMON BUTTER

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

1 tspcinnamon sugar
How To Make maple cinnamon chicken breakfast sliders

1Season the chicken with salt and pepper and pan fry till cooked through. Drizzle with maple syrup, cover, and set aside. Place rolls open in toaster oven and toast slightly. Combine the ingredients for the cinnamon butter and spread some on both sides of the rolls.

2Fry the eggs to your liking. (I keep my yolk slightly runny.) Time to put together. On bottom of buttered roll place cooked chicken, then slice of cheese (if using), and top with warm egg and top of bun.

3Set butter out on table for extra English muffins, bagels, toast and muffins.
