These are great hot out of the oven or even cold. My kids love these. Real easy fix and grab breakfast . You can melt some cheese and drizzle over for added kick.

7eggs

1 lbbulk sausage

1 1/2 cbread crumbs
How To Make scotch eggs

1Hard boil 6 eggs

2Divide sausage into 6 equal portions

3Flatten portion of sausage in hands and wrap around egg

4Whisk 1 egg . Roll sausage wrapped egg in egg wash and roll in bread crumbs place on cookie sheet

5Bake @ 400 for 40 minutes turning eggs every 10 minutes
