These are great hot out of the oven or even cold. My kids love these. Real easy fix and grab breakfast . You can melt some cheese and drizzle over for added kick.

Ingredients For scotch eggs

  • 7
    eggs
  • 1 lb
    bulk sausage
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make scotch eggs

  • 1
    Hard boil 6 eggs
  • 2
    Divide sausage into 6 equal portions
  • 3
    Flatten portion of sausage in hands and wrap around egg
  • 4
    Whisk 1 egg . Roll sausage wrapped egg in egg wash and roll in bread crumbs place on cookie sheet
  • 5
    Bake @ 400 for 40 minutes turning eggs every 10 minutes
