1/2 lgred onion chopped

4 clovegarlic minced

1 bunchkale chopped backbone removed

How To Make sauteed kale with bacon and egg.

1Cook bacon in large skillet. Remove with slotted spoon and set on paper towel to drain. Add olive oil to bacon grease. Saute red onion, and garlic until softened. Add kale and sweat until kale is wilted. Add bacon back to pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2Fry eggs sunny side up with soft yolks. Load a scoop of kale on plate and top with fried egg. ENJOY
