Ingredients For mushroom & havarti omelette

1/2 Tbspbutter

1 lgcremini mushroom, sliced

2 lgeggs, beaten

1 pinchsalt

1 1/2 ozhavarti cheese, diced small
How To Make mushroom & havarti omelette

1In small nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

2Add sliced mushroom; saute 4-5 minutes.

3Add salt to beaten egg, whisk with fork.

4Pour egg over mushrooms in skillet and cook over medium heat, swirling gently, until almost set.

5Sprinkle diced havarti over top; fold in half or thirds.

6Remove from heat and allow to remain in skillet for another 30 seconds.

7Serve hot.
