wake mom up w/ these delicious little pancake muffins. Don't forget to heat up some syrup for dipping them into...yummy!

  • 1-3/4 c
    bisquick heart healthy mix
  • 3/4 c
    1% milk
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    pure maple syrup
  • 2
    bananas, cut into 6 pieces each

How To Make mothers day quick pancake muffins

    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 12 muffin cup pan w/ cooking spray.

    In lg bowl, combine baking mix, milk, eggs and syrup. Pour 1/4 cup of mix into each muffin cup. Place a piece of banana in center of each cup. bake 20 mins, or until light brown.

    Serve w/ extra syrup for dipping.
