1/4 cHavarti, Monterey Jack, or Swiss cheese; shredded and lightly packed
How To Make ham & egg under a blanket

1Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400*F (205*C).

2Poach egg in simmering water.

3While the egg is cooking, toast and butter bread.

4Put ham slice on toast. Warm in the oven.

5When the egg is cooked, place on ham.

6Sprinkle with cheese to cover.

7Put in oven to melt cheese.
