Ingredients For finnish eggs

4eggs

2 cmilk
-
1 cflour
-
1/2 csugar

1 tspsalt

1/4 clemon juice

1/4 cconfectioner sugar
How To Make finnish eggs

1preheat oven to 450 melting butter in a 10" Skillet.

2Beat eggs and milk then flour, sugar and salt.

3Pour mix into heated skillet. Reduce heat to 350
-
4Bake aprox 20 minutes until firm in the middle when shaken

5Remove from oven and add lemon juice then sprinkle with confectioner sugar. May serve with fresh fruit or jam
