When I made these eggs today for breakfast, my husband said that this breakfast is for a king.I served this with oven baked apple pancakes and sausage.

Ingredients For delightful eggs for breakfast

  • 4 lg
    eggs ( or more 1 egg per person)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded (or your favorite)

How To Make delightful eggs for breakfast

    Butter a shallow 9 inch baking dish and break into it the number of eggs needed to serve the eaters. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the eggs and put milk around them until half of the yolks are covered.

    Dot with dabs of butter.Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake in 375 F preheated oven until cheese is bubbly and eggs are of desired doneness (20-30 minutes).Can be served on top of toast.
