Ingredients For corned beef hash over spinach cakes

1 cwhole milk

1 lgegg
-
1 cfrozen spinach thawed and squeezed

1/3 cchopped green onion

1 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder

pinch of salt and pepper

1 ccheddar cheese

4fried eggs optional

2 cprepared corned beef hash
How To Make corned beef hash over spinach cakes

1Combine and mix first 7 ingredients, let set for 5 minutes in bowl, then add your cheddar cheese. In large skillet on med-high heat add oil or butter, when heated add 1/4 cup up batter to pan and flatted. Cook til edges start to brown and flip and cook for another 2 mins. Repeat with rest of batter.

2Top 2 cakes with 1/2 cup corned beef hash and optional fried egg.
