cheesy-bacon deviled eggs

I have yet to see deviled eggs this way, with cheese and bacon. They came out great. What a wonderfully pretty appetizer dish.

Ingredients For cheesy-bacon deviled eggs

  • 12
    hard-boiled eggs, peeled, cut in 1/2 yolks removed to a lg bowl
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/3 c
    cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped chives, fresh

How To Make cheesy-bacon deviled eggs

    In lg bowl, combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and pepper. Mix well whith a fork.

    Stir in a little bacon and all the cheese. Fill egg white halves w/ yolk filling. Garnish w/ remaining bacon and chives.
