Ingredients For cauliflower egg scramble

  • 1 lg
    head cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 8 lg
    eggs
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    fresh chives chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cauliflower egg scramble

  • 1
    Cook the cauliflower in salted boiling water until tender. Drain well.
  • 2
    Beat egg together and set aside.
  • 3
    Add butter to large skillet. When butter is melted and hot add the cooked cauliflower. Pour the eggs over top and cook stirring until eggs are done. Stir in chives and season with salt and pepper
